Make Money at New Stock Market Lows

We are finally at a point where everyone is losing hope. This is a good thing. It is when no one believes the stock market will ever go up again do we get a nice rally. I’m not saying that we will be out of this bear market, recession, eventual depression, or whatever you want call it. Yes, I’m going with the D word, but I do believe we will see a significant rally from around mid-March to sometime in May. From a trader’s perspective, get into some companies who have been beating earnings and ready to move higher. For those who are currently invested in the market, use this rally to take your money out of the market and move it into cash positions. I will keep you updated over the next week or so on what I think would be some good stocks to play for a trade.

  1. Cash Positions? I am not sure what “Cash positions are”

  2. Cash positions is having your money in actual cash instead of in a stock. Within an IRA or 401k, cash positions are also called money market funds. You can read the investment thesis of the fund and if it says that it keeps the money in cash, then that is where you need to be.
