Why doesn’t Maven Investment Group just tell me how to make a million dollars so I can just go out and do it already! (Part 1)

If we did tell you how to do it, the question is would you?  And we know your response is, of course I would!!  But the thing is, you already know how to make a million dollars and become financially free.  Some of these things include investing in the stock market and real estate or opening a profitable business.  Being employed on the other hand will not get you there.  So the first thing we say do is quit your job!!  Naw, seriously!  But honestly, that’s the mentality you have to have; no safety net.  However, if that’s too scary then we have another way.  Sit down with a blank sheet of paper and write down exactly what you want to do everyday for the next 10 to 20 years.  No matter how extravagant it is.  If you can’t think of anything, then don’t get up.  We have found out there are two types of people out there.  Some who are fortunate to know what they are passionate about but are afraid to pursue it for financial reasons, not enough time, too many other responsibilities like kids, too risky, etc…  Those of you who fit in this category will fill up the page stating you want to start a catering company, play in the NBA, start a band, open a travel agency; these people have the motivation but lack the how-to.  Then we have those who are like, I just want to be rich, I don’t really care about how I become rich, just show me the money.  These people will fill up the page with shopping, lying on the beach, playing golf, traveling, etc… because they really don’t know what they want to do. And because of that, they lack motivation.  You need both how-to and more importantly motivation and discipline to become financially free and those who have both are probably not reading this blog.
