Push Yourself!

Why is it after you set new goals, a couple weeks pass and you are back to your same old habits! Those books you said you were going to read, that business you wanted to start, or those eating habits you wanted to change are just not manifesting. So how do you push yourself to work towards your goals on a daily basis? Personally, I set myself a goal to work out 5 days a week. Knowing myself, I just could not push myself. So I asked a friend who loves to work out if I could latch on to his workout routine. This way I have more motivation because I know someone is depending on me to be at the gym.

We would like to hear what you do to push yourself? Is it posting a note on your mirror or setting an alarm in your phone? Please comment on what works best for you.

  1. When I have a book I want to read I divide the number of pages by 30 and read that amount of pages a day. That way I know I will have the book read within a month’s time and it’s only a few amount of pages a day.
